Finding Balance Between Acceptance & Change
“Compassionate, evidence-based therapy that helps you embrace who you are while building the life you want.”
Why We Do What We Do
At Middle Path Counseling & Wellness, we believe healing begins when people no longer feel they have to choose between accepting themselves and creating change. Real growth happens when we learn to hold both truths at the same time.
Life is full of challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Our role is not to "fix" you—we believe you already possess the capacity for resilience and change. We provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, develop practical skills, and move toward the life you want to live.
Inspired by the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), our approach balances acceptance with meaningful change. We honor your experiences while helping you build healthier relationships, regulate emotions, and create lasting well-being.
Because healing isn't about becoming someone else; it's about finding balance, embracing your strengths, and moving forward with intention.

Founder
Taking that first step into therapy can be difficult, but you don't have to figure everything out on your own. At Middle Path Counseling & Wellness, I offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard.
My clinical background is rooted in the front lines of community mental health. Over the years, I’ve worked across emergency crisis services, Department of Youth Services (DYS), group homes, and community mental health programs. Facing complex, high-stress situations in these settings taught me how to stay grounded when things feel chaotic—and how to help others do the same.
Today, I bring that real-world experience into my practice with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, big life changes, burnout, and relationship struggles. My approach blends Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you find your own 'middle path'—a realistic balance between accepting where you are today and learning practical tools to move forward.
We can meet in person at my Northborough office or online through telehealth, always moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
